2. What data we collect

We only collect data you explicitly send to us, or data generated by optional analytics tools you consent to.

Contact email: If you email us at support@digitau.eu, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and do not share it with third parties.

Analytics (with consent only): If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage statistics such as page views and session duration. No personally identifiable information is collected. IP addresses are anonymised. See Section 4 for details.

3. Cookies

This site uses two categories of cookies:

Necessary cookies: These store your cookie consent preference. They are essential for the site to function correctly and do not require your consent.

Analytics cookies (optional): Set by Google Analytics 4 only if you choose to accept them. They help us understand how visitors use the site. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the footer.

4. Google Analytics

We configure Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled. We do not use advertising features, remarketing, or cross-site tracking.

5. Legal basis

Analytics cookies are processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Contact data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time (for analytics cookies, via Cookie Settings in the footer)
  • Lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee)

7. Retention

We retain email correspondence for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry, or for up to 2 years. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months.
